It really doesn't get much better than sunny mornings on the beach with yo frans... I hope to squeeze in as many of these mornings as possible before the end of the year.

Mom dropped us off at airport 7am
Arrived in San Diego
Grubbed on the undefeated seafood burro @chips and guac at Luche Libre. THE BEST.
Shopped at Aloha Sunday, chatted with Billy about Big Sur
Got coffee at Lofty 
Rushed to pick up my new custom board from Aryseco
Went back to Lofty to meet up with Kylle, Mike, and Tim
Headed to Surfy Surfy to pick up fins, board bag, leash, and some wax...Love that place and the  people there.
Grubbed on some fish taco's and Oysters at Fish 101
Hung out at Kylle and Haley's with some friends
Waited for Bri and Wuss to get back from bible study, but it got to late.
Made the drive to Valencia.

A DAY OF REST

Sunday was perfect. With all our crazy travel/work schedules this past two months our crew hasn't had a solid hang in a while. We decided to meet before the sun came up (coffee!) and head down to Galveston. No set plans other than location. After a late breakfast at Mosquito Cafe, we debated activities, but all we really wanted to do was go down the beach, listen to the waves, take in the salty air and nap. So we did.

We are always on the go and going in every direction. Every now and then it's nice to just hit the brakes and just be together on a Sunday.

After all, Sunday is the day of rest.
