IT'S ALL ABOUT THE ONE PIECE ///

Summer is here full force now... little late for Houston but I am so excited for days at the beach, the pool, and taking day trips to swimming holes. Oh yeah, then there is Costa Rica. I want to start my swimsuit shopping now and I kind of want a handful of different one pieces. These are some of my favorites! Let me know if you see any cute ones out there! ENjoy your weekend!

Summer Staples /// Little Black Bikini

For Summer I like to have a variety of swimsuits since I pretty much live in them. Texas is HOT HOT HOT and to survive the heat you must live in the water. We hang at Lakes, Rivers, Beaches, Pools, and Natural Springs. I will cover The Little Black Bikini today. I like to have  1. classic bikini  2. high waisted bikini 3. surfable bikini 4. statement bikini /// all in black.  I like to mix and match my suits throughout the season. Every girl needs her staple black bikinis. You can get a good solid, polka dot, striped, floral and geometric too. Go crazy! Everyone looks good in black.

Two- I got the top at H&M /// Bottoms from American Apparel for 50% off.
Three- When surfing you need a bikini that won't fall off. Surf Brands are your best bet.
 * on the hunt for the perfect Brazilian cut black bottoms /// not a thong! Just a cuter cut. My neon Billabong bikini has the best bottoms ever. They stay on secure too while slamming waves.

I have 33 days to find a couple new suits for Costa Rica!
OMG CANNOT WAIT!!! We are staying HERE
and HERE. 

We couldn't be more excited to be going on such an amazing trip with 4 (Kylle, Haley, Russ & Brianna) of our favorite friends!

I always wait til last minute to look for a suit or I look when suits aren't in season so this time I need to do it right! I'm hoping to find at least one cute one piece (crossing fingers) and one new bikini.
Places I usually go for suits are Pacific Sunwear, Swell, Surfshops, Target and American Apparel.
