I always try to make a playlist before or after a trip, so I have a soundtrack for those memories. If I make it before I will listen to it throughout the entire trip. If I make it after the trip I try and remember all the music I listened to or was introduced to and throw it on a mixed tape/cd. Either way its always on REPEAT. I drive people nuts with repeat. But I can't help it, I just love it when I'm introduced to something new that just speaks to me and I totally get inspired. This week Allah Las was that band, thanks to Lon. How did I not hear them before? Kind of reminds me of a new age Dick Dale, you know with the surfy, garage, beachy 60-70's sound. What do you think? You like? What are you currently jammin?
*If you dig Allah Las you will probably like Japanese Motors too.

Are you one of those people who are always on the hunt for good tunes?
