OMG I HEART: Jalapeno Poppers

Our friends Kylle and Haley introduced us to this little snack and it has become one of our favorites. I think I make them a little too much. I make them for salon meetings, board game nights, BBQ's and when we just wanna veg out.

after you fill your jalepeno's with cream cheese wrap your bacon strips around. SEE THIS PAN. DO NOT USE THIS KIND. YOU NEED SIDES!!! TRUST ME.
Preheat oven at 375 cook for about 25 minutes then switch to broil for 5-10 minutes. I like to keep them in until they are burnt.
Very Important Note: Don't cook on a flat cookie sheet. I made the mistake of doing this not too long ago and I started a grease fire! The bacon grease had dripped off the sides, started a fire and my cousin Darin had to use the fire extinguisher to put it out after we tried using water. Big mistake. We freaked out, panicked,  he ended up with 2 burnt fingers...My entire house was covered in yellow dust from the extinguisher, and we had to start cooking all over again because everything was ruined.
